at the Jasper County Sheriff's Office.

Please allow 48 hrs after the incident
before requesting a report.

$5.00 processing charge per report.

Reports may also be obtained at the Jasper County Sheriff's North Annex which is located on
CR 600 W / State Road 10, DeMotte.
